In terms of getting in shape, people get very creative when they try to come up with justifications not to do it. The fact remains that before we actually are fit and healthy, exercise is no fun in the slightest degree; it’s simply hard work. Getting our bodies fit doesn’t feel good, despite the fact that we do go through an endorphin rush. Despite the fact we occassionally get endorphin rushes, our bodies encounter pain, we get exhausted and for a while we more or less detest our bodies. It is no wonder we’re so great at coming up with reasons to avoid it! Listed below are a few of the idiotic excuses many people use when they do not desire to exercise.
How often have you suggested I want to exercise but I just really don’t have the time? This really is possibly the overall worst reason to make whenever you do not wish to exercise. The simple truth is that there is usually time to work out because you can do exercises while you are doing other things. Such as, instead of climbing into the elevator, ascend up the stairs at work.  You can easily pack a wholesome lunch and talk a walk while having your lunch break rather than hitting a drive-thru. Pace your office or carry out some low impact workouts when you’re on a conference call. In the early evenings, you can easily get in a good work out when you are watching television. There is always time for exercise; you just have to be ready to search for it.
How frequently do you tell yourself that you’re going to get in shape later, when you’re able to afford some good fitness equipment or perhaps a health club membership. That is certainly simply a means of avoiding work while being lame. You do not need to pay any hard earned cash on extravagant fitness equipment or fitness center subscriptions if you’d like to get a lean body. You’ll be able to follow exercise videos over the internet or DVDs which you can lend from the library. There are fitness books brimming with exercises you can do. You really don’t require anything more than your body plus some room or space to move to get into better condition.
Do you say to yourself “I would like to get in shape but exercising would make me feel uncomfortable and drained”? Quit making up reasons without delay. The real truth is that workout routines do unquestionably hurt and cause you to be tired whenever you first start doing them. As you develop your strength, however, doing the exercises gets less difficult. Start gradually so you won’t sense that you might be killing yourself every time you work out and develop stamina and strength. Stay persistent – you will discover them at some point and you will discover that working out can be extremely fun!
Generally there are all sorts of lame excuses not to work out, from not having the correct outfit or machines to leading an already stressful lifestyle. You need to be pleased to learn that getting healthy and fit can easily be worked into your way of life regardless of what you might be wearing, the amount free time you will have (or don’t as the case might be) and what sort  of  machines  you already own.
